2. Booking & Payment Policy

• All bookings are confirmed only after the advance amount is received.

• Full payment must be made before or at the beginning of the trip.

• Final fare may vary depending on distance, traffic, waiting time, weather conditions, route changes, and seasonal fluctuations.

• Toll, parking, and state taxes are not included unless specified.

3. Service & Vehicle Policy

• Vehicle category (Swift Dzire, Ertiga, Innova, SUV, Tempo Traveller, etc.) will be provided as per availability.

• Pickup timings and routes may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons.

• Sunshine Holidays India is not responsible for delays caused by accidents, roadblocks, strikes, or government restrictions.

• Replacement of vehicle may be arranged in case of breakdown, depending on availability.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop details.

• A valid ID proof may be required for inter-state or long-distance travel.

• Luggage must be handled responsibly; excess baggage may lead to additional charges.

• Smoking, drinking, or carrying illegal items inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Sunshine Holidays India is not liable for loss of luggage, personal belongings, or delays caused by external factors.

• Passengers travel at their own risk; travel insurance is not included in taxi fares.

• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will be chargeable.

• We are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to unforeseen delays.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.

• Advance payments are non-refundable in case the customer cancels the trip suddenly.

• If the company cancels a booking due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
